Our focus is supported accommodation in Birmingham. Before any placement, ask about the particular home, the living arrangements and whether they are right for the person.

Clear expectations from the start

• Charges, agreements and the responsibilities involved.
• How support is arranged and who to contact.
• How to report repairs, concerns or a change in circumstances.
• Safety information relevant to that home.

Safety, maintenance, privacy and respectful shared living are central to the homes we want to provide. Property-specific information should be discussed before accepting accommodation.

A considered view of our homes

We will share real photographs as they become available and are approved for publication. We do not publish resident addresses or use photographs that imply a property is ours when it is not.
