Your home. Your voice.
A starting point for people already living with Amaanah.
Getting in touch
Use the contact details given to you when you moved in, or speak to your usual Amaanah contact. This public website does not connect to private resident records and is not an urgent reporting service.
Repairs and maintenance
Report a repair through the route in your resident information. Explain what the problem is, where it is and whether there is an immediate safety concern. Keep a note of when you reported it.
Living together
Your agreement and resident information explain the responsibilities for your home. Ask if anything is unclear, including shared spaces, visitors, charges and how to raise a problem.
Complaints and feedback
You can raise a concern with your usual contact and ask for the complaints procedure. If the concern involves that person, ask for an alternative contact or escalation route. Keep a copy of what you send.
Safety and getting help
If someone is in immediate danger, call 999. Do not wait for a website enquiry to be read. For other concerns, use the support or safeguarding contact provided in your resident information.
Your next steps
Bring questions about goals, support or moving on to your support conversation. You can ask for your plan and next steps to be explained clearly.
